| All
our Driftwood products originate from the same sustainable
source as our sculptures. They have the same natural preservatives,
making them more resistant to decay and prolonging their ability
to withstand attack by insects. In addition, all NDS’
products are certified SmartWood Rediscovered, which guarantees
that they come from a sustainable source. |
 |
|
| The
Driftwood Garden Pavilion is constructed entirely from recovered
Western Red Cedar that NDS source from the same lake as Natural
Driftwood Sculptures. Straight driftwood logs are sawn at
our lakeside yard to create the structural members and the
smooth planking machined at a local joinery facility. The
weathered driftwood cladding is prepared from selected fencing
planks. |
| As
Western Red Cedar contains natural preservatives the prolonged
natural seasoning process means that NDS recovered cedar is
just as sound on the day it was felled and even more attractive.
All timber collected by NDS is certified under the SmartWood
Rediscovered accreditation. |
| NDS
Driftwood Garden Pavilions are made to order and will be lined
internally below windowsill level with planed or weathered
cedar cladding to customer choice. Sectional cedar floors
can be supplied as an optional extra. |

new product made from our recovered cedar. It is of a high
quality, aesthetically pleasing but because it is produced
from the waste timber recovered from the lakes of Canada,
it is very eco-friendly. |

Cedar
paving slabs create a wonderful ‘soft feel’
and unusual decorative option for garden paths and patios.
The roundells are cut deep enough to ensure that when laid
on a bed of pea-shingle they will give many years of service
without any further treatment. They create a spectacular
mosaic effect, resulting in a unique feature for any setting.
|
| They
are sold by the square metre and the number of paviors
per metre will vary depending on the individual size
of each pavior. |

| Developed
from cedar fence off-cuts, our driftwood edging is more aesthetically
pleasing than standard log-roll, providing a most attractive
alternative. It will be provided loose in 2.4m runs for clients
to cut and attach to standard metal banding. |

| By
using regularised pieces of cedar driftwood, we are able to
offer a unique and sustainable product that looks stunning.
This type of fencing is best suited to a post and rail system
and once fixed in position requires no further maintenance,
thus creating a natural and aesthetically pleasing screen,
which the sun bleaches to an attractive silver finish. |
The
fencing is sold by the linear metre at a standard height
of 8 feet. |
